Fixed Assets System

Fixed Assets System

Easily add your company's fixed assets, define their depreciation cycle and applicable taxes, and price them accurately. The system calculates the asset depreciation cycle thanks to its built-in depreciation features. It also displays transaction details and asset expenses during review, granting you full control over your assets—from creation to depreciation, sale, or replacement whenever needed. This allows managing various procedures, including revaluation or technological updates. Additionally, you can assign the asset to one of your employees, placing it under their responsibility for more professional asset management.

Inventory and Analysis of Fixed Assets

  • Track asset lifecycle (addition, renewal/entry, depreciation, exclusion, or sale).
  • Recall asset history at any time and date.
